Using a library catalog helps you search the collection for a subject, title, author, artist, etc. When you’re searching the catalog and your library is a member of SWAN, not only will you see that library’s specific collection—you’ll also see materials from the other 78 SWAN libraries, all of which you have access to. Your library card also works at all of these libraries, and you can visit and check out materials from any of these locations and explore our vibrant library community.

To learn more about how to use your online library account, as well as the SWAN catalog, check out these short video tutorials, then start exploring your library’s catalog by clicking on your home library’s link below. (All links access the SWAN catalog, but the profiles are customized to match your home library’s look and feel, as well as share information specific to the patrons of your library.)
